Chris Hornback joined the National Association of Clean Water Agencies in April 2001 and is currently Chief Technical Officer, responsible for managing the technical and regulatory aspects of the Association’s advocacy agenda. Mr. Hornback oversees the Association’s efforts related to water quality, biosolids, utility financing and management, and Utility of the Future and manages NACWA’s regulatory affairs team.
Prior to joining NACWA, Mr. Hornback worked as a Senior Associate with Booz/Allen/Hamilton. During his five years with Booz/Allen, Mr. Hornback specialized in the areas of hazardous waste management, solid waste management, underground storage tanks, risk management planning, and clean water issues.
Mr. Hornback has a B.A. in Environmental Science from the University of Virginia.
