Kevval Hanna, Edelman’s Senior Vice President of Social Impact and Sustainability, is an experienced strategist, passionate about the collaborative power of business, philanthropy and government. As a thought leader with deep practical experiences in social impact, economic development, financial inclusion, equity, sustainability, philanthropy and stakeholder engagement she leads with humility.
At Edelman, Kevval partners with global companies and brands to design and implement social impact and sustainability initiatives that put purpose at the heart of what they do and builds trust between business and society. Her remit includes impact strategy, client and team leadership, stakeholder engagement and outreach.
Prior to Edelman, Kevval led teams working across 100+ cities to reimagine government and to support inclusive economies at the Centre for Public Impact, a Boston Consulting Group Foundation. She has also led global public health partnerships for Pfizer, Unilever, Merck, Novo Nordisk, Vodafone, SC Johnson, Eli Lilly, J&J, AstraZeneca and more. Kevval is a former World Banker having advised governments across LATAM, Europe, South Asia and Africa on economic development, equity, gender, social investments and sustainability.
Kevval holds a Masters from American University and studied economics at Beloit College. She is bilingual having worked in 20+ countries and in the U.S.
She is most energized by building a table where long-lasting impact can be achieved.
