Inge Huijbrechts is Chief Sustainability and Security Officer for Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) – developing the Sustainability and Safety & Security programs in the group’s close to 1,600 hotels in operations and development in 95 countries around the world. She leads the group’s Net Zero 2050 transformation based on approved science-based targets. In 2022, she was one of the key leaders involved in the definition and launch of the Hotel Sustainability Basics. The standard is supported by the World Travel & Tourism Council and hotels groups, destinations and associations representing over 50,000 hotels. In 2025, under her leadership, the company introduced the industry’s first Verified Net Zero Hotels, a concept for which Inge was recognized in the Skift Climate 10 leaders.

She is also Vice Chair of the Sustainable Hospitality Alliance Board of Trustees. Inge also serves on the board of the Global Sustainable Tourism Council (GSTC) and of Flanders Special Venues. She is a member of the European Investment Bank’s Women Climate Leader Network.

Inge is Co-Chair of the ASIS Europe conference, the leading cross industry organization for security. She is a member of the ASIS Chief Security Officer Center for Leadership and Development and of the US State Department’s OSAC Hotel & Lodging Sector Committee.

In 2024, Inge was included for the 3rd year in the global Top 100 Women in Sustainability, and has been named twice as one of the 100 Most influential people in Global Hospitality. In December 2024 she was named as one of the Top 100 European Chief Sustainability Officers.

Before Radisson, she held positions in Corporate Social Responsibility and Responsible Business for Toyota Motor Europe and Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group.

Inge has a Masters in Commercial Engineering from the University of Leuven, Belgium, and an European Management MBA of the Universität des Saarlandes, Germany.

Inge adores travel and taking long hikes in nature, is a yoga practitioner and an art-lover. From 2004-2007 she sailed halfway round the world in her own yacht.
