At Procter and Gamble, Ashley Fill leads the sustainability strategy for top home care brands across North America including Cascade, Swiffer, Dawn, and Febreze. Through understanding consumer behavior she led a project to communicate water conservation from using the dishwasher over handwashing through signage and packaging. She is also tackling the brand’s circularity strategy for Swiffer, Mr. Clean and Dawn packaging.
Mike Rizer is the executive director of corporate citizenship at Ally Financial and president of the Ally Charitable Foundation. He has over 25 years of experience in financial services with large institutions and has demonstrated leadership in various areas, including overseeing the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), fair lending practices, community development, foundations, volunteerism and all aspects of corporate social responsibility. Most recently, he was executive vice president and director of community relations at Wells Fargo and served as vice president of its foundation.
Jim Keefe, EVP & Group Publisher of the Recycling Today Media Group, originally joined GIE Media, Recycling Today’s parent company, in 1991 in a sales and market research capacity. In 1992 he was promoted to Marketing Manager for GIE’s recycling business and in 1993 promoted to Sales and Marketing Manager for GIE’s portfolio of media products.
In 1995 his focus returned to the recycling industry when he was promoted to Publisher of Recycling Today and its affiliate publications. Since that time, Keefe has remained active in the recycling, waste and environmental services industry, meeting with industry leaders, participating in industry conferences and meetings in North America and globally. He has visited recycling, scrap processing and waste management facilities as well as consumers of recycled commodities across the globe.

As Senior Manager of Public Policy and Economic Graph at LinkedIn, he leads the professional network’s global climate initiatives, including the green skills and jobs research agenda. Efrem’s work centers on national and international policy advocacy to bring green skills, green jobs, and the climate talent who hold them into the center of the narrative on climate change. He has held technology leadership positions at Intel where leading cybersecurity programs, custom hardware and software architecture and solutions, products, and strategy. Steve is a cybersecurity expert and sought-after advisor to public and private sector leaders on enterprise security, risk mitigations, and securing complex systems. He is also a leading authority on Public Sector/Federal mission and enterprise systems and solutions regularly engaging with United States government senior technical and mission leadership. He is the Intel representative to on security standards and guidance and has contributed to several NIST standards and guidance publications. Steve is the supply chain threat and risk management advisor to DOD and Intelligence Community senior leadership and was chosen by the US government to serve as a Special Government Employee on the congressionally mandated taskforce to perform an assessment of Microelectronics Quantifiable Assurance (MQA)/Microelectronics Security.
