Hector Scarano serves as Vice President, Sales & Marketing for Andretti Autosport. In his capacity, Hector is primarily responsible for business development efforts – both commercial and technical – in support of Andretti Autosport’s INDYCAR and FIA Formula E Championship teams.
Prior to joining the Andretti Autosport organization, Hector was in private law practice working in the areas of driver representation, motorsports liability, arbitration and workers’ compensation litigation. In 2004, Hector founded RPM (Racing’s Premier Management, LLC), a driver representation and motorsports marketing firm where he negotiated sponsorship and driver endorsement deals, advised racing teams about corporate formation and tax issues and promoted sponsoring entities. RPM, LLC catered to upcoming drivers and corporations in strategic markets in Latin America and Europe.
Hector holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a J.D. from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL. Hector is married to his beautiful wife, Courtney, and resides in Indianapolis, IN.
