Siri Baldeep Kaur has been interested in natural health ever since she can remember. Encouraged by the Anthopology department at the University of Washington, she completed her honors thesis on the topic of self-empowerment in under developed countries. While living in remote villages throughout West Africa and India, she studied the local perceptions on self-empowerment through the impact of music, natural health, microfinace and most distinctly — the beneficial influence of food as medicine. She furthered her education at The California School of Herbal Studies, where she studied the art and science of medicinal food and botanicals.
