Brian’s journey began at Staples in 1994, spanning diverse roles across Canadian locations before transitioning to operations, marketing, and merchandising in the US. His received his Master’s in Innovation Management from Schulich Business School, reflecting his dedication to innovation.

Prior to his tenure at Staples, Brian contributed his expertise to Loblaws, Canada’s largest retailer. His career trajectory includes senior positions in retail marketing, customer loyalty, customer research, Innovation and Merchandising showcasing his multifaceted approach to enhancing retail experiences with a particular passion for sustainability efforts.
