Claudia Contreras joined HP as VP of Renew Solutions in 2024. As the head of Product and Offerings, she oversees the strategy and development of the HP Renew Solutions portfolio in its second year, focusing on enabling multi-lifecycle devices and solutions.Â
Throughout her career, Claudia has been a champion for sustainability, serving as an influential voice in the industry as a global speaker and practitioner. For over two decades, she has held diverse leadership roles in Services, Supply Chain, and Portfolio Management with technology giants such as IBM and Lenovo.
Claudia holds an International Business degree from ITESO Jesuit University of Guadalajara. She has also earned certifications in Circular Economy and Sustainability Strategies from the University of Cambridge, Sustainable Business Strategy from Harvard Business School, and International Business from UC Berkeley. She credits many of the most valuable lessons that shaped her career to the strong working women she has encountered both in and outside the office.Â
After living and working in several locations, including Mexico, Claudia now calls North Carolina home. There, she and her husband embrace the thrilling challenge of keeping up with their three very active young children.Â
