Prior to founding Ecohabitude.com, Kristen came to New York to work as a buyer for Lux & Eco, an e-commerce company that offers luxury green brands. Here she worked alongside the founder to redesign its website & launch a new business model.

In 2009, she co-founded Dawson Media Hawaii with the Founder of Dawson Technical LLC, a luxury polo & lifestyle print and online publication and created a fundraising platform collaboration between the AUSA (an advocacy group for the United States Army) and USPA (the United States Polo Association). She was also the fundraising committee chair for the Hawaii Theatre for two consecutive years.

When not overseeing the day-to-day operations of her company, Kristen likes to travel, hang out with her dogs, play tennis and dream up new ways that technology can make her life more efficient.
