Emmanuel Guilhamon is vice president, Sustainability at Rockwell Automation. In this role, he advances the company’s global sustainability strategy and initiatives and leads the corporate sustainability team. With strong internal and external partnership, Emmanuel oversees Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) commitments; provides thought leadership to influence product strategy and roadmaps; and guides development of new solutions to help customers achieve their sustainability goals.
Emmanuel joined Rockwell in 2019, where he managed sales for oil & gas and chemical industries in EMEA for a year before becoming the EMEA process industries director. As part of that role, he oversaw the successful launch of the Sensia joint venture in EMEA, and he drove sales performance in all process industries across EMEA. Additionally, he led the growth of our sustainability business in EMEA and spoke on sustainability topics on behalf of Rockwell Automation. Prior to Rockwell, he worked for 14 years for SLB in various leadership roles around the globe within engineering, business management, sales, and marketing.
Emmanuel earned a master’s degree in engineering from ESIEE Paris and an Executive MBA degree jointly delivered by New York University, the London School of Economics, and HEC Paris (TRIUM).
