Marc Dreyfors started Greenway Transit in 2008 when he bought an old bus and converted it to biodiesel in an effort to transport customers around his native Durham, NC, more efficiently. Whether for a night out on the town or as a means of bussing dozens through North Carolina for business conferences, Greenway offers a “revolution in motion” with its growing, 100% clean-burning fleet. “Our population of customers is very diverse,” Dreyfors explains. “People hire us because we’re competitive [in pricing] and all of a sudden they realize we’re green.
