With over 20 years of working with emerging waste management and recycling companies, Lauren has supported clients through virtually every businesses growth challenge. She works with organizations that understand that accountability and transparency attract and secure customers and produce fulfilled employees and business resiliency.
Lauren’s market intelligence in electronics recycling and affiliated industries enables her to provide fast, comprehensive market data to e-recyclers and to those servicing or sourcing material from e-recyclers. She is known for her outside-the-box approaches to new business opportunities.
In addition to assessing sales and marketing efforts for e-recyclers and other businesses, Lauren is exploring new ways to build stronger businesses. To that end, she is now working with clients to identify ways to use RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) and other automatic identification technologies to create visibility in the supply chain that delivers a host of competitive benefits.
