In his 25 years at Discover, Matt Johanson has held leadership roles across Information Technology, Discover’s global Payments’ business, Lean Management, Human Resources and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I). He is a graduate of Illinois State University where he and his wife have established the Matt & Sue Johanson Diversity in Technology endowment, and he holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. Matt also serves on the Board of Directors of Little Friends, a Chicagoland non-profit organization serving children and adults with autism and other developmental disabilities.
