Bill Swanson leads the water resources practice in the Americas region, bringing more than 25 years in water supply, ecosystem and flood management planning for federal, state and local clients. Bill is also the region’s director of technology and provides overall leadership of regional practice leaders through the technical practices group. Water resources planning and management lays the foundation for a broad range of policies, management actions and implementation of water infrastructure investments. Our water resources experts provide planning, feasibility and permitting support in the areas of water supply development and management, integrated water resources management, groundwater management, ecosystem restoration, navigation and flood management.
