Feliks Bezati is Environmental Responsibility Manager for Tarkett North America, responsible for implementing across Tarkett North America the sustainability strategy and initiatives, encompassing the full value chain of Tarkett’s products and solutions.
He leads the assessment of raw materials used in Tarkett products and the development of collaborations with recycling partners to support the establishment of a take-back system.
Feliks career with the Tarkett Group began in 2010 when he joined the Research and Innovation Centre in Luxembourg as Ecodesign Project Manager. During the last four years, he was in charge of the Cradle to Cradle® Design and Life Cycle Assessment project management for all Tarkett Divisions.
He worked on the raw material assessment by evaluating potential environmental and human health impacts and the design of the products so that they can fit the Cradle to Cradle® principles.
Feliks holds a Ph.D. in Material Science and Recycling of Polymers (INSA Lyon, France), a Chemical Engineering degree specialized in Polymer Materials (ENSCP Bordeaux, France) and he speaks fluently four languages (Albanian, Greek, French and English).
