Todd Zegers brings a wealth of experience, entrepreneurial spirit, and a passion for innovation to his role as CEO of CXtec. With nearly two decades of leadership in IT asset disposition (ITAD) and reverse logistics, Todd has been a driving force in shaping sustainable, customer-focused technology solutions that deliver real value. supports enterprises throughout the world in rethinking how they build, support, decommission, and upgrade their IT infrastructure hardware to redefine their IT strategy towards a sustainable course.
Todd began his ITAD journey in 2003 as co-founder of GreenAssetDisposal, serving Fortune 1000 clients with secure asset recovery solutions. After driving its growth and eventual acquisition by CloudBlue in 2009, he led sales and marketing until CloudBlue became part of Ingram Micro in 2013. From 2015 to 2022, Todd served as Ingram Micro’s global leader for ITAD and Reverse Logistics, setting industry benchmarks with innovative programs.
Beyond his professional achievements, Todd is committed to education, environmental stewardship, and philanthropy. He has participated in the Executive Education Program at Stanford University and the FANE Program at Columbia University and has served as a member of the e-Stewards Leadership Council and the Coalition for American Electronics Recycling (CAER). Todd’s dedication to community impact includes his role as a Board Member of the Orange County United Way, where he chaired the United for Financial Security Chapter, and as Vice President of the Super Charlie Foundation, supporting families facing medical challenges.
