About

Tricia Conroy serves as the Executive Director of MRM, the Electronic Manufacturers Recycling Management Company. MRM was founded to help electronics manufacturers work together to provide convenient, environmentally responsible recycling opportunities to consumers and to comply with e-waste laws across the United States. Ms. Conroy has led the organization since 2009.

Prior to working with MRM, Ms. Conroy President of E4 Partners, an environmental consulting firm where she provided environmental management support to a variety of corporations and government entities including Best Buy, HP and the Environmental Protection Agency. Most significantly, Tricia helped plan and begin the electronics take back program at Best Buy while at E4 Partners.

Tricia began her career working on a variety of federal environmental issues at ICF, Inc. in Washington, DC. She has also worked for the Minnesota Office of Environmental Assistance and the Congressional Budget Office

Tricia received her undergraduate degree at Stanford University and her Masters degree at Columbia University in New York. She lives in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where she grew up. While she loves her home state, she often wonders why she left sunny California!
