Before Crocs, Inc., Deanna held the role of Vice President of Sustainable Development at Danone North America, where she led the organization’s strategy to address climate change, advance responsible sourcing, restore natural ecosystems, improve sustainable packaging, and support people and communities. Her extensive background, along with dual degrees from the University of South Florida and sustainability leadership certifications from Harvard Business School and the University of Denver, equips her to align bold business strategies with long-term impact.
