Under her leadership, Diana established Sanofi’s first U.S.-wide societal engagement platform, creating a cohesive portfolio of initiatives focused on addressing health disparities, supporting vulnerable and under-supported communities, and fostering a purpose-driven workforce. Her work emphasizes long-term, community-informed solutions and public-private collaboration to drive measurable and sustainable impact.

Diana serves on the State Board of Junior Achievement of New Jersey and previously served for 15 years on the Board of Directors of Jersey Cares, including as Board President. In recognition of her leadership and influence, she was named one of the Top 25 Leading Women in New Jersey by Leading Women Entrepreneurs for her contributions to advancing social impact within the biopharmaceutical industry.
